Individual on-going coaching. Sessions are conducted by telephone. Whether you are at home, in your office, or on vacation, you have access to your coaching calls. The initial contact will begin with a personal interview to assess your current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship, identify priorities for action, and establish specific desired outcomes. You select the monthly number of contact calls best suited for you. The schedule is set in advance with each session lasting a previously established length of time. While appointments are flexible within this framework, success will depend on your regular attention to your goals. Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally prioritized goals.

Unlimited e-mail and voice-mail support is included. I may provide additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, or assessments, to support your thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship depends on your personal needs and preferences.

Teleclasses/Telegroups are live, interactive workshops and groups that are conducted by telephone like a conference call. It is new technology which presents us with a brand new learning model…classrooms over the phone…conveniently learning from home or work. No parking dilemmas, no transportation, no weather deterrents, no dress code, very cost effective, and speak with others nationally and internationally. A bridge line is used to allow a group of individuals to participate in a one hour call on a topic of interest.

Assessments. Only qualified coaches, like Lisa can administer assessments and review reports. For your convenience career assessments are available on-line. Baystate Coaching will receive your results and provide to you, within 48 hours, a comprehensive personalized report and a review of the results during the following coaching call.
