In Lisa’s career spanning over 23 years, she has developed a passion to help people realize their potential. As a psychotherapist, her empowering, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and results driven approach has helped people change their behavior and better their life situations. Using skills developed as a psychotherapist combined with her expert coaching skills she offers clients the tools necessary to achieve life balance, create meaningful relationships, transform families and experience fulfillment in important life areas such as career.
With her specialized career coach certification and experience, she is able to offer career coach clients customized programs, tools, resources and knowledge. She has successfully made her own career transition to her ideal work. She is using her gifts, talents, skills, professional and life experience to make a contribution to others who want success and fulfillment. Lisa is truly energized by and passionate about being a change agent and helping others succeed which has always been her life/career purpose. Through her unique career experience along with her specialized certification she is able to administer and interpret the most valuable assessments for her clients.
Her career also includes training and supervising staff, developing organizational programs, teaching courses at nearby colleges and adult education centers along with providing workshops on specialty areas to professional colleagues and various groups.
Lisa is a model for living. She knows what it is like to be challenged with balancing family, work/self-employment and other priorities she values. Lisa lives in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts with her husband of 25 years and their 2 school age children. She is an active volunteer in her community and charity organizations. Lisa has served on numerous committees/teams among which include fundraising, social action, leadership development and marketing.
