Lisa Martelli, MSW, LICSW, CMC, ACCC, is President of Baystate Coaching. Lisa is  a certified coach through International Coach Federation, Mentor Coach and Career Coach Institute.  Her Master’s degree is in Social Work from Boston College and she is a member of National Association of Social Workers and International Coach Federation.

For over  20 years, Lisa has developed a passion for helping people realize their potential and take charge of their career and life in order to experience fulfillment and success. As a psychotherapist, her empowering, solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and results driven approach has helped people change their behavior and transform their lives. 

Combining skills developed as a clinician with expert coaching skills, Lisa supports her coaching clients as they transform their lives. Offering customized programs,  tools, resources and cutting edge knowledge, Lisa is the resource they need to quickly and more easily achieve  life balance, create meaningful relationships, transform families and experience fulfillment in important life areas such as career. Recognized as an expert and a leader, Lisa has been a featured coach at the 2006 National Association of Social Worker's Annual Symposium, on radio programs and on Boston's WZMY TV. Lisa has been invited to provide  services for employee assistance programs (EAP),  teach courses, conduct training programs for colleagues and other professionals, including Massachusetts General Hospital's EAP program and Elite Fitness Professionals.   

Valuing life and work balance, Lisa   has made her own successful career transition providing the life balance she needs while raising her children with her husband and being an active volunteer. Over the years, she has volunteered her gifts, talents, strengths and skills to numerous boards/committees/teams and has served as President and chairperson. 

Lisa is truly energized by and passionate about being a change agent and helping others succeed which has always been ehr life and career purpose.
