A

- Objectively
listen with only you in mind
- Support
and follow up with you, engaging your power to follow through on agreements
to yourself
- Hold your
values, your life purpose, your vision up as a gauge for decisions
- Compassionately
listen without judgment and evaluation providing you with the caring
truth
- Champion
your efforts and successes so you stay on track
Coaching
is convenient and easily accessible. Sessions with your coach
are conducted by telephone. Whether you are at home, in your office, or
on vacation, you have access to your coach. Wherever you are, your coach
is there with you.
Sessions
have a structure and process customized to the client’s needs and
preference, designed with the intent on maximizing results. The
initial contact typically begins with a personal interview to assess your
current opportunities and challenges, define the scope of the relationship,
identify priorities for action, and establish specific desired outcomes.
The
schedule is set in advance with each session lasting a previously established
length of time. Between coaching sessions, you may be asked to
complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personally
prioritized goals. The coach may provide additional resources in the form
of relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models to support your
thinking and actions. The duration of the coaching relationship varies
depending on the individual’s personal needs ands preferences.
Coaching is not therapy. Lisa integrates her action and
goal-oriented skills developed as a psychotherapist without providing
therapy within the coaching relationship. Coaching is about taking action,
making choices and changes and moving forward with the awareness of the
individual’s strengths, barriers to overcome, and new skills to
develop.
Lisa
